Refund policy

Routonomy is a small business. Any doubts before buying? Send us a message we will be happy to guide you. We think it is better to avoid unnecessary shipments and costs, for you, for us and for the planet.

However, if you receive a product that is not what you were expecting, you can always apply for a return or exchange.

  • The product must be unworn, under the same conditions they were sent to you and with the original tag.
  • It must be returned with the original package.
  • You have 15 days from the day you received the package to send it back.

What do you have to do?

  • Apply for exchange or return through our Whatsapp or email.
  • Once approved, we will provide the shipping address. These charges run on you.
  • For exchanges: once we receive the products and check it is in excellent conditions, we will ship the new products. These charges run on us.
  • You prefer a refund? Send us your bank account through Whatapp or email. Once we receive the product in excellent conditions, we will transfer the money back within 10 business days.  Possible bank fees run on you, but we always try to find the way to avoid those fees.
